Ok I know the answer you are going to give and that is to create a new temp folder that has at least 10 Gb of space.
I have.
My HD has 120Gb free.
X Rescue recovers the disc and as it goes to write, I get the DVD X Writer file missing error and it complains about archive.txt.
I go to the temp folder and lo and behold archive.txt is missing. Also I noticed that the folder TS_Audio is missing but TS_Video is there with all expected files.
I have used X Rescue successfully many times in the past, but had a hard drive crash and had to reinstall everything on my new hard drive and X Rescue gets this error every time now...even on a disc I rescued successfully in the past.
Help!

Files, I managed to recover it from my old hard drive. DVD XPress has worked OK and I recovered this the same way.

xcopy programs need to be activated by license/password, by using files (illegal way of activating) most times just causes problems.
