I want to install two Pioneer AO5 Drives on my system, put a blank -R media into each AO5 and have DXC burn Disk1 on AO5#1 then have DXC burn Disk2 on AO5#2. Can you please throw that feature into Platinum? Am I being unreasonable?
Seriously though, how difficult would it be for DXC developers to engineer the redirecting of the burning of Disk2 to another, second writer? Is there any such thing as a IDE "changer/burner"?
Thanks

Just wondering if you knew whether Buffy The Vampire Slayer DVDs have an episodic fix in version 1.5? Will I finally be able to copy them?
Cheers

Just wanted to say, I'm also a St.Louis person.
I don't really want to start a St.Louis thread here. But if you ever need a local DVDxCopy tester let me know.

Whisperer,
While I'm running DXC, I don't do much else on the PC because it is pretty much of a system resources hog. I don't know how reliable it would be to be burning one disk while you read another, or what the real benefit would be. I think low system resources are the cause of a lot of problems that we see with the software.
I'll run it by them and see what they say though.

Mattybond,
We just got our copy of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, so that fix may not be ready before we release V1.5. If it isn't, it will be in the next release for sure.

Thanks for dusting this thread off. I haver moved it here so maybe more people will see it and use it.
Hopefully soon 321_Q/A will start a Platinum problems and issues thread.
I would do it, but last time I did that I was told that I shouild have left it to him.
TO ALL:
So in the mean time lets all use this thread as a Problems and Issues thread.
ALL PLATINUM DOWNLOAD ISSUES BELONG IN THE OTHER THREAD I CREATED FOR THAT TOPIC.
I will remove any post in this thread without notice if it has to do with platinum downloads.
321_Q/A has made a Platinum Problems and Issues Thread.
Sorry for the cross-post, but I will be posting this in each thread that people are talking about Platinum in.

What a let down. After waiting 2 days to get Platinum, I finally got it and it does not work. I have tried both advanced and simple mode with no luck. I am using the TDK 4XX burner, which was not supported by DVDXCopy, but would work with Xpress. When using advanced mode it reads the DVD but does not recognize the burner, with simple mode it will read for about 1 min. and eject the DVD saying burn complete. One other thing, under settings where it allows you to choose your DVD burner it has 2 selections of 4 ascii type (looks like a y)characters; yyyy and that is. Technical support has about a 30 min wait time, so if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
JT
