I brought my copy of DVDXcopy 3 year ago in Canada. After a few software/hardware upgrades, I used up my 7 activation limit - thus can no longer use my DVDXcopy.
I sent in a request to reset my activation. They responded within 2 hours! I now have 3 more activations.
I did not even get my copy of DVDXcopy from them. They are really here to provide support for ALL DVD X Copy customers, not just the ones that bought from them.
Nowaday, it is difficult to find this level of support even for paid customers.
Way to go DVD X Copy International!
