I have just downloaded everything: 1.5 DvDXCopy, newest DirectX 8.0, (I think) newest SPCI or whatever, etc. I have not been able to burn a single DvD since I bought this program, last week.
I tried last night, once again, to burn Memento. It finished copying to hard drive, I went to Full Erase the DvD+RW, and I think it worked fine. When I pressed refresh, it was still yellow and said that the remaining data would be overwritten, I clicked yes to that.
I pressed burn and it started to burn, it did not get to the point where it would begin the % done, but it was about there. All of a sudden I got an error message saying:
"Format disk operation was not successful. Command sequence error reported by DvD recorder. Driver error code = 02052C00H."
Then another error message:
"Invalid SCSI command sequence
Gearworks: Full Erase Failed"
I am not sure what this means, I need some assistance please.
