ERROR: Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Format

what does this error mean? I am writing to a DVD+RW.

I am backing up a ps2 game and when I do the copy, I get this:

gamesxcopy will only copy PC games not PS2 games, they have forums on PS2 copying at the main forums at afterdawn.com. They can tell you some software that will work to copy PS2.
