i have dvd x copy platinum ver. 3.2.1 and need the updates so i can get the software to run again
ive used it for years but for some reason it causes windows to crash now since i did the last microsoft xp updates

i recieved the update last nite im sorry forposting this here but i dont know where to ask. . . x copy will copy the move to the hd but when it goes to the second stage the button stays gray please help

I have "DVD X Copy Platinum" on CD. I recently re-installed it and need to get the update to version 4.0.3.8. I have the original 3.2.1.0 version of it. I'll check my PM's for the update. Thanks very much.

Hi, what I have is DVD X COPY Platinum version 3.2.1. I have the License ID number and Password in the case. But I am not sure if I was given some other type of code whe I registered online.

its a down-grade as it has no ripper.
as meaning
it can not copy protected movies.

Thanks Baldbear for your prompt reply. Unfortunately it won't work the dvd seems to be badly scratched and DVDX Rescue can't handle it. I will try with XXXXXXXXX. Thanks again and Happy New Year to all !
