I believe I amk finally in the right place. Due to my computer crashing, I had to reinstall Windows XP. When I go to use DVD X RESCUE, it asks me which drive I would like to use. As soon as I select one, I get an error violation and the program shuts down. Is there some sort of update that can be sent to me please? It seems like forever ok when I first purchase DVD X COPY. Hi - I need updates for xcopy xpress - my version is 3.0.0 and my xcopy gold version is 1.5.2. Does the Xpress 3.2.1 update include the ripper? Thanks, Marion
I checked my add/remove programs and my DVD XCopy version is 3.0.2

i have dvd x copy platinum ver. 3.2.1.0 and need the updates so i can get the software to run properly. I'm having problems in the Advance mode and hope this will correct it.

I have DVDXCopy Xpress v3.2.1
I cannot get it to open. As soon as I click on the link, I hear an error sound, but no message, and the program will not open. It still remains in memory until I use Crt/Alt/Del to get it out of memory. Can you explain why it will not open?
