A special heart-felt thanks to Rachel in support for her asssistance in helping me get DVD xpress up and going in record time. I don't use Xcopy express alot, but when I need it, I need it.
My PC crashed, and I had to upgrade to a new one. That was 6 months ago. I just, now, reload dvd express. 321studios.com is gone -- or at least I could not find the website. I found this one after doing a search. Thank God.
Even though I did not buy Dvd Xcopy Express from here, Afterdawn went out of their way, above and beyond their resposibility to help me get this software going. KUDDOS.
This goes to show me if they are this serious about customer support for a product that they did not sell, what lengths would they go to for their own product?
I have been enlightened. Thank you Rachel. I am looking into the next version of Xcopy and you bet your bottom dollar, I will purchase it from you.

Couldn't agree more. Rachel replied to my problem when I tried to re-activate after the computer died and I had to get another quickly. Within a couple of days I was up and running again. So many thanks to her and the team for all thier support.

I had the same problem & now I don't know how to install it to my new computer. I tried to internation support & they couldn't help me. I don't know what to do. Can someone help me. Please.

what can I do if I dont have all the info to fill out the ticket ? do not have same email anymore so when I filled out the part were it looks up your info and says your info found we will sent it to your email I still can't get it. as sad as it sounds I don't even remember wich store I got it from was lucky to refind the cd and case after office move .I love this program and never had aproblem untill I had to reload system . wife just reminded me we did have to reload before

put in your current email and let them know your old one in the comment box. As for other parts just put in anything to get it to be sent to international.

i couldnt agree more about afterdawn. i have gone for about a year since i was able to use dvdxcopy. but then i filled out the ticket with all the info and rachael responded back with in 5 hours and told me i have 3 activations now and dvdxcopy is up and working again.

I was in the same situation... I couldn't remember the email used when I activated it the first time or the date... Instead, I scaned the entire box, case and cd to show proof that it was a legitimate buy... Diana was able to get me three more activations in about an hour...

I have to add to the positive threads concerning activation issues and DVD X Copy International. Alice was my support person and she helped me get my DVD X Copy Express going on my new computer. She was timely and very helpful. When they publish a new product, I will be their customer!
