Sudden Appearance of "Tristana Exception"

svengali9 Inactive 1 Dec 2005 8:54 AM	DVD X Rescue has been working fine at backing up movie dvds, until yesterday. When I clicked on the desk top icon the splash screen appears and then disappears then about a minute later the "Tristana Exception" box appears. I made no changes to my firewall (ZoneAlarm) and the firewall logs show the connection being allowed (outgoing) to a1981.g.akamai. My internet connection checks out OK. I also booted computer with no firewall or AV (no WINXP firewall, no ZoneAlarm, no Norton AV) and got the same response. Any thoughts out there? Thanks Svengali9
