My comp recently crashed and I lost all my stuff. I hvae Platnuim V4.0.3.8 and I dont have my lisence ID. I have my customer ID and password. I was wondering if i can get a new liscence ID??Also i dont have the reciet or date avtivated or any of that but i do still have the CD. Is there anyway to get it avtivated again?or am i goin to buy a new program??
post it to who???I cant use the support. I DONT HAVE A RECIEPT OR THE BOX OR THE LISCENCE ID. I believe i said that in the organl post so open ur eyes

OPEN YOUR EYES,AND WATCH HOW YOU POST...I READ YOUR POST..AS THIS IS THERE SITE THATS WHY I SENT YOU TO THEM..THEY ARE THJE ONLY ONES THAT CONTROL THE LICENSES AND ACTIVATIONS.
IF YOU CAN NOT POST TO THEM FOR HELP WITH YOUR PLATINUM,NO ONE HERE CAN HELP YOU.

but ur tellin me to post to them but i cant send anything with out the reciept,day of avtivation,copy of box,copy of disk,liscence# and all that i dont have so how do u expect me to post to them??
