I have DVXPlatinum 4.0.3 For some reasons, when I clik on the simple option, I get cannot locate drive. I tried burning via advance option, it reads but will not recognize the blank disc, hence I can't burn anything. What's wrong? My other computer is doing the same thing

Run drive select, go to my computer>C-drive> porgrams files> 321 studios> dvd xcopy platinum> drive select, click on it. if you have only one drive it will not show anything, if you have two or more pick out your dvd burner. then go check the pcsetup folder same place as drive select in C drive. click the + sign to see if your burner is listed.
