Thank You My Friend!
Might I Please Ask,What The Chances Are Of Getting The Rescue To Work In This Version.
Have Tried Versions 3.2.1 & 3.2.0.
Might I Be Better Off Going To An Earlier Version Like Perhaps 3.1.1.
The Reasion I Ask For Your Assistance Is,As Of Now I Have Bought 2 Different Copies Of Hardball With Michael Dudikoff And Neither One Will Play All The Way Through.
The Last One Stops With About 2 Min. To Play,And Nothing Agrivates Me More than a Movie That Stops And Won`t Finish Playing.(Gives Bad Sectors) as a Reason.
I Really Want To See This Movie.
Thanks So Much For Your Help!

if 4.0.3.8 does not solve the problem, we will get you 3.1.1 and you can see if that will do it also. Are these original movie dvd's that are not playing all the way or are they your copies you made?

Hello..
Yes Indeed They Are DVDs that I Bought From EBay As New!
However As It Turned Out Neither One Was New Or Did Play All The Way Through.
I Only Copy DVds That I OWN!
Feel Very Strongly About That.

Hello B.B.
We Are Up And Running With New Rescue,However The Program Crashes When I Try To Use The Recovery Feature.
Couple Of Strange Things,It Remembers The Last Movie I Did(In 2002)Happens To Be The Same Movie (hardball/Dudikoff)
And Its Messing With The Programs Mind.
It Also Cannot Find The File It Stored The movie In,(Its Not There) And I Can`t Delete The Info... Strange

I Wish To Thank You For Your Help & Consideration,Trying To Solve My Problem (Uncopyable DVD Hardball)
Might I Ask If Anyone Out There Had A simular Problem With This Movie & How They Might Have Reached Closure With It.

this is the reason, your having a problem with that movie,i see that all the time that people buy a couple of movies from e-bay or who-ever,and thay skip and do not play.you got ripped off..also you get what ye pay for.

Remember this software is not evolving since 321-Studios closed over 2 years ago..

There is new copy protection thatís out by Sony Corporation that 321 Products can not copy.
.called "Sony ARccOS protection" as found on "Resident Evil - Apocalypse" (US) or "Little Black Book"house of flying daggers and Forgotten.
Settec ALPHA-DVD protection"
as found on "Old Boy -The Grudge, Hutch and many more titles.

Not evolving means no updates for 321-Studio Products for over 2-years..
XPRESS 321 AND PLATINUM 4038 AND DVDXCOPY 1.52 IS THE LAST UPDATE as it will not copy the New Sony Protection.

AS THIS SOFTWARE IS TO OLD TO DO THE NEWER MOVIES THAT ARE OUT.....

cheers

Hello Again..
Thank You Again My Friend For Your input In this Discussion,And Its A pleasure Talking Again.
Very True,"You Get What You Pay For" And Anytime You Buy From EBay Its A Gamble As To The Product You Recieve.
However As A Seller Occasionally On Ebay Most Of Us Are Very Consious Of The Product We Sell
And Very Protective Of Our User Feedback.
Back To The Reason Of My Post,I Cannot Get The Michael Dudikoff DVD Hardball Any Other Way,And Yes Its True Its The 2nd Time For Bad DVDs Of This Title.
I Really Want To See The End Of This Movie,& Hopefully,It Will Work Out.
Thank You Again Sir For Your Help & Good Talking To You!

@bigmac94,

I'm sure you already know this. Try washing the original with mild dishsoap, rinse well under tepid water. Dry with a cotton cloth, absolutely no nap, center to outside rim.

Next put on a thin coating of car/boat wax, non gritty type or a product know as Novus. I personally use a fiberglass boat wax, but have been meaning to get Novus for quite sometime. Let the polish dry, then buff with another clean, no nap, cotton cloth.

If it is heavily scratched, you might look into professional resurfacing. It's around $5 Cad in my area.

Sorry, I don't have that title to help you.

As a note, I have bought 40 plus dvds off Ebay, none have been fakes. Two titles were not as described in terms of condition. However, one does have to be careful when buying off Ebay, ask seller questions, look at feedback, find a site that shows UPC codes, be very wary of OOP or rare titles. One can tell if they receive a fake... a number in the hub coincides with the catalogue # or part of the UPC code, or a holographed code.

@bigmack94,

I've had problem dvds that appeared to be okay, no scratches, etc. I use a free program, found tons of crc errors.(This program expires and you have to wait for updates which could take a week or so. It may expire any day now) After washing and waxing, I put it through the free program again, no errors. Do the top as well. For some reason, this helped another problem disc. It's worth a try.

Yes, Novus is a plastic cleaner/wax. There are 3 different types. It came highly recommended by a person that sells used cds/dvds. I've also seen it recommended on the main AD site.
