Did any company buy DVD X Maker after 321 went out of business?

OK, so I was a heavy user of DVD X Maker, and loved it. Then I bought a new computer and X Maker won't recognize my burner. I understand that there are no firmwarre upgrades. I hope I'm not SOL, does anyone know if another company bought X Maker and are marketing it under a different name, like XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX did with X Copy? I don't mind buying another copy if I can get the software to work. I've got tons of images built through X Maker.
