I have just purchased a brand new sealed copy of DVD X Show and now it's installed I need to activate it.
But all I get is -
Activation Failed!
(4) Could not Connect to Server. Please check you have a valid Internet Connection.
If the problem persists please contact Technical Support.
As there is nolonger any techinical support, I do not know what to do. I've tried all the usual things like turning of firewalls etc. I do have a internet conection though?
Can anyone help?

servers may still be down, last word was they were going to be down for acouple of days. more activation help can be found here.
