Simplify Copying Process So Copy Only Once

Why when 2 discs are required for a movie does the original dvd movie have to be inserted twice to be copied twice (one for disc 1 and one for disc 2)? Surely it must be possible to develop the facility so this task is only done once? What a time saver this would be!

This is done because of the way IFO's and the relating data, have to be analysed twice in order to get the best decoding of the DVD's structure. Derrow found that the only secure way to properly decode the IFO structure was to read it through twice, once for each output disk and 'decode on the fly'.

Please bear in mind, DXC does not unencrypt the DVD like other utils do and so it needs to read the entire DVD in order for its IFO decoding logic to work optiminally.

Hope that explains why...

Cheers..
