Bought dvdxcopy at retail, but want lifetime upgrades

Sorry in advance to mods for creating new topic - I would have posted in previous thread, but it was closed. In that previous thread, found here: http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/17577 , rhmoore said the following on 1/6/03:

Once this is done, and you have purchased at retail, you may email or call our customer service department and pay for this upgrade which will be the difference in what you paid and 99.99. So if you paid 79.99, you may purchase the upgrade option for $20 more and we will then honor the lifetime free upgrades.
I will make this announcement of availability in the next few days."
I've been watching the forums, and have seen no sign of such an announcement. Unfortunately, I'm running out of time to return the retail product, and was hoping to take advantage of Mr. Moore's generous policy. Any updates?

i haven't seen an announcement in the forum...you are best off contacting 321 directly on this

i saw it but it may have expired on the first of the year. have you gotten a reply from 321?
