I have used Xrescue for a year now with no problems to fix up skipping DVD-R backups by reburning them to DVD+R's. I was getting a funky CDRPDACC error that would not go away so I blew out Win XP SP2 and re-installed. Now I get an access violation error everytime I select a drive in DVD Xrescue. Xcopy works fine again though. Using version 3.2.1. I have seen this post a few times with a pm. Please help, TIA

Have been using 3.2.1.DVD X Copy Platinumu/Rescue for 6 months. Had to reboot system. Now Rescue is giving me the 77d6ef68 violation while trying to select a drive. Any help or updates would be sincerely appreciated.

Your problem sounds similar to one I am having. Could you please let me know if you find a solution?

After a recent major computer crash and reformatting episode, I reloaded my copy of DVD X Copy Platinum with DVD X Rescue included on
the original disc that I purchased at Best Buy. DVD X Copy works fine, however when I try to use DVD X Rescue, I get the following error message: DVDXRescue Exception Access violation at 77d5ee07. How can I fix this? 3.2.1 Studios' technical support no longer exists as far as I can tell. I would very much appreciate any help I can get.
I have DVD X Rescue Version 2.0

was taken care of in the update thread, with a upgrade to platinum 4.0.3.8...BB

I am looking for the DVD X platinum upgrade 4.0.3.8. I am not sure what version I have, but it does not seem to recognize my new DVD burner. It is an NEC ND-3450A 16X DVD +/- RW

Any help would be appreciated.

It says version 3.2.1, but I thought that was a statement referring to 321 Studios, maybe it is the version number.
