I am new here and would like to know what how 1.5.2 fits into this?
I was told by tech support to download the newer version to help with my current reactivation problem.
However I was only given the choice of Express or Platinum. So since my version doesn't seem to be either one,I'm confused?
I haven't received an answer yet and thought that someone here could perhaps explain.

what version do you have,or what did you start with..was it dvdxcopy 1.52

1.52 is the last update..can you or can you not activate?if not go here..

I have already been helped by support ticket to try and reactivate by a tech support person.
Their suggestion was to click on one of the choices they gave me to download.
However I didn't have Express or Platinum as they were the only choices given to me to click upon.
Therefore I replied that I was confused by the directions since I don't know which I have.
Express,Platinum or is there another perhaps older version just called 1.5.2?

you only have 1.52 and thats the only version..,there is no other version of 152...if they can not help you activate your 152 ...your out of luck//as they are the only ones that can activate...
as for platinum or xpress.if they will activate them for you after the download...your a head of the game..

I'm not sure at this point that they cannot reactivate.
As they have not responded to my last question,that you have so nicely answered about Express,Platinum.
The reason for all this in this method, I believe,was do to the fact that I could not log in on dvdxcopy.com site.
They said that was do to server problems.
I will try to download one of the two and hope for the best.
