I purchased DVDXMAKER from 321Studios awhile back. It was an online download I activated the software fine and all was good.
Recently my hard drive failed and now I am in the process of reinstalling everything. When I go to install DVDXMAKER I need the activation code and license code. Which were in my email but are now lost. So you can see my problem. I would like to reinstall the software but I don't have my license key or activation code…. Any one have any suggestions?
I suspect I am out of luck.

INSTRUCTIONS
First you need to go here and log in using either your Email, Customer ID, License ID or Invoice no. along with your password. You can select the option in the pull down menu.
Once you are inside, you need to be sure the software is registered to you. If it is not registered, you need to register it. When the software is registered properly, you will be presented with a page showing ˇ§Purchase History:ˇ¨. Click on the ˇ§Detailsˇ¨ and you will see a page like this:
License ID: XXXXXXXX
Date Ordered: 9/20/2004
Product: DVD X Copy XPRESS Download
Quantity: 1 Each
Activations Left: 1

Doesn't work. I have my license ID#, customer ID# and password, but that doesn't get you past the activation screen wjem you launch the program.

Apparently DVDXCopy works differently for activation than DVDXMaker. Only thing I can figure. Without an activation code all the other info is worthless.

One of us is obviously missing something here and I don't think it's me.
YES, I can log in on the DVDXCopy site, and YES I can view my personal info. It also tells me the details of my license:
License ID: 2262465
Date Ordered: 9/29/2003
Product: DVD X Maker Retail
Quantity: 1 Each
Activations Left: 25
Instructions: To DOWNLOAD the product, click HERE.
What it DOESN'T tell me is how the hell I "activate". The download buttons send me to a "page not available" error message and when running the install for the program you have to enter (1) The License # (Got that), (2) Password (Got that), and (3) Method of activation - Phone (the number is no longer in service), Internet (the program will not connect to a working site), other computer (have to have an "activation number"), or "Later" (install terminates).
So I have a license as confirmed on the site, to which I say, "SO WHAT!!!"; the install STILL wants me to either phone in for an activation number AT A PHONE NUMBER THAT IS OUT OF SERVICE, connect to a website that doesn't exist or enter one manually which I can't DO because I don't HAVE ONE!!!! What am I missing here???????????

when you run the program when it ask you..enter your license and password...if you lost your password i can not help you...as thats not available to me or international.com to give you...
turn off both firewalls xp's and the one your using when activating...
and 321 studios is closed for over 23 months...as the server with the info is no more to get that info you need....
