I got GXC quite awhile ago befoe 321 went under, and I have it installed still, great virtual drive and copy. I put in my info on this site and I seen I have 23 activations left. What exactly does this mean? Can I dump it or load it and have it activate 23 more times? I would assume so, but then, what happens if I went past the 23 limit?
And what's the deal with the add Liscense link that is in my info?
I would also like to know what the last update number was, and where to get it. On this site, every time I clicked the link that had DOWNLOAD, I kept getting the page not available error. I do have an older version installed, I've gathered from other post's that it's been update since I last did it, but I afraid to do it. I'd hate to get some error or something while trying to activate the last updated version.
Sorry to sound like such a noob, but I'm a little "out of it". Damn Sam Adams!

it means you can activate the program 23 more times, but as long as your hard drive remains the same and it does not change, you can uninstall and install it back as much as you like. The activation codes remain in your registry. If you format or have hard drive problems then you will have to activate it again. The add license is for adding other 321 studio programs, all the info is kept in one place. the update link does not work because 321studios is no longer around. If it is not broken I would not mess with it, check your PM for the last version, save it to disc so you will always have it.

Hey, thank you very much for the last update version. Not sure what the CD install is, like 1003 or something. I am running something around 1101. I'm not too sure, but I know for a fact it's not what you just sent me.
For me, I use it more as a virtual drive. Making copies is not longer my main concern since I buy all my games, install from an image, then store the originals. The VD is great, and for whatever reason, no NEW games ever give me probs with the VD installed. UbiSoft has a big thing with them, but I guess no publisher/developer codes a game to look for GXC! Works for me!!
I plan on getting a few 250gig hdd's, but my main one with GXC is going to stay the same. I was just wondering, in case of HDD failures..... you know they happen!
Thanks again for the update version!
