I'm trying to reactivate Games X Copy on my new hard drive. I can successfully log in to dvdxcopy.com using my Games X Copy license ID/PW. (The page URL is actually: https://secure.smarterimage.com/solo/customers/customer.asp + more stuff)
This page lists my purchase history, including games x copy, and provides a "details" link and a "download" link, but no activation option. The details link takes me to a page with two more download links, but still no activation feature.
The download links all say that URL secure.dvdxcopy2.com can not be found.
Any suggestions that will help?

use the password you used to sign into dvdxcopy.com, not the one that came with your program, and also turm off firewalls.

I would like to download what i have purchased but how or where do you download because when i hit the download thinger on the purchased areas i cant get it iam getting pissed and i would like to have what i purchased

Go to the platinum first board, look for this thread and post in it, no where else for the downlaod you need.

THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR X-GAMES....IN THE UNITED STATES..AS 321-STUDIOS IS CLOSED...
THE SUPPORT HAS TO BE BETWEEN YOUR SELFS..I DO ADVISE YE TO MOVE ON AS THIS PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED FOR OVER 23 MONTHS...

So why did we spend all this money on GamesXCopy? I purchased it in February 2004 directly from 321 Studios... now a year later it's obsolete? Can someone PM me the 1.2.2 update from my legitimate 1.0.8 version. As said earlier, the download link from the registered software page at www.dvdxcopy.com is broken.
