GamesXCopy won't activate

I purchased GamesXCopy 90 days ago through Amazon.com. Everything worked perfectly. This past week my computer crashed and I had to reinstall the system. Now GamesXCopy won't activate. It's only been activated once. I had no problems activating DVD Xcopy Express which I also own. Any solution ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks!

How will it not activate, any error messages? Did you register it here..http://www.dvdxcopy.com/

No, I hadn't registered it there because 321 Studios was out of business when I bought the program on Amazon.com near the end of October 2004. I thought you would get seven activations regardless. The message I get when trying to activate is: Activation Failed.(100)The activation was rejected by the server. Please try again or contact technical support.

A html file was downloaded. I went to it which was DVD XCopy.com and the message was: The License ID is not valid or the Password you entered did not match. I am reading the Licence ID and Password right off of the DVD holder that the product came in. I've entered this so many times and am always careful and typing slowly.

did you ever go to http://www.dvdxcopy.com/? if you did you need to use the password you made there when you logged in , not the number password that came with the program. Use that password and the license number to activate with.

There wasn't an option of signing in. Just the web site with the notice. Here's the URL:
http://secure.smarterimage.com/solo/customers/offact.asp?L=%34%36%...
and it continues on.
By the way, I can log into the DVD XCopy.com site with my DVDXCopy Exress info because that was purchased from 321Studios and registered there. But since GamesXCopy was purchased outside after 321Studios folded I'm not registered there with the GamesXCopy product so even entering the License ID and Password does nothing for me.

log into dvdxcopy with your xpress, then click on add license. Eneter the gamesxcopy info and see what happens when you try and activate it then.

That was a good suggestion and I appreciate all your help but it said "incorrect password entered." I am entering everything 100 percent correct. At this point I'm very careful about errors. And I did activate the program one time using this same License ID and Password.

If you are experiencing an activation error 100, rejected by server,
or any other activation problem, and/or you can’t log into your
account at http://www.dvdxcopy.com, it is beyond our control. Many
licenses were turned off when 321 Studios went out of business. If
your License ID has been deactivated, we cannot turn it back on. We
do not have the capability to fix or turn on a License ID that has
been turned off.
