Given the nature of such a forum as this, it is understood and accepted that at times, people will disagree with each other and such disagreements often get more heated than they would normally do, due to the 'nature of the beast'.
However, I feel personal attacks, flames, bad language and other inapproriate behaviour have no place on a forum such as this and I will personally take whatever action I feel is needed to prevent such posts and threads from remaining on this forum for any length of time.
I ask all concerned to understand I'm not a censor and everyone has the right to their own opinions and to publish them here, but within the bounds of common sense and decency.
As I do not work for 321Studios in any capacity I do not see there is any 'conflict of interest' that could be alleged by any such removal or hiding of threads and posts of such a nature.
I will discuss any 'issue' in private with any individual if they feel I have improperly or inappropriately hidden any thread and I will unhide that thread (If I can actually work out how to do so!) if after discussion it is the general opinion amongst those involved as well as the Moderation Staff, that I acted inproperly or too hastily in any such matter.
I ask, on behalf of all the moderators, as well as every forum member/user, for your support in these matters..
Regards

I will not remove or edit or hide any posts or threads directed in any sense at me personally. That will up to the other Moderators to decide. I feel it would be very inappropriate if I did so as that could been seen as a form of biased censorship which is the very last thing I would wish upon this forum.

If I am responsible for such editing or deleting I will always note a post as such and will ask the user to PM if they wish to discuss my actions in private.

Update #2
=======
To clarify the previous post...
Any discussion relating to ways of circumventing the normal burning processes of DXC or the editing of DXC's output by whatever means, is considered inappropriate for this forum.
The reasons for this are probably obvious but to elaborate for anyone who does not know or understand... they relate to the legal position of 321 and it's program and the way it works to only backup one copy of the original at any given time and prevent mass duplication of any given DVD.
Please do not enter into any such discussions here as they will be edited without warning as previously described in my earlier post on this subject.
Should a user continue to post material deemed inappropriate to this forum after being warned by one of the Mods.. then the user should expect an immediate ban at the earliest opportunity!
Sorry to be so blunt.. but given the opposition to DXC by the movie industry it's important we do not give them a single 'scrap to chew on' at this time.
Thanks for your support and understanding..
Mag
