My copy of DVD X Copy express comes up for a sec and then shuts down again. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would greatly appreciate anyones help. Thanks

i had the same problem this afternoon. so i re-installed it. now when i try to activate my software the "recieving activation information" box just sits there for hours, doing nothing.
can anyone help us?
