Can anyone tell me how I would go about ripping and burning a Playstation one game with gamesxcopy?

And does anyone know if this backup will work straight up on the Playstation one console?

I'd try this myself but I don't want to end up making coasters if I don't have to. I'm hoping someone can share their experience.

I'm not sure if GamesXCopy is able to backup PS2 games, even if it is able ... it will won't be able to in the future.

There are no more updates for GamesXCopy, and as newer copy protections come out, it will become useless.

Go to http://afterdawn.com ... aD has a dedicated PS2 forum.

My question was concerning Playstation 1 games and the Playstation 1 console.
