My current computer is only 1.2 ghz and I want to upgrade to 3.5 ghz., but I also want to still use my DVD X Copy Gold & Express program (which was activated prior to court ruling). Will Norton Ghost 2003 be able to copy this program onto a new hard drive on a different computer and the program still work? I feel like I might need to just buy a new computer and use the existing one to only back-up my DVDs. Also, when the program is activated to a certain computer, what is it activated to? The hard drive? Motherboard? CPU? Any help please.
