Will installing DVD Decryptor and DVD XCopy Xpress cause problems?

I have DVD XCopy Xpress installed and working. However, I see so many folks praising other utilities like DVD Decryptor that I would like to install it to try it.
I note also on the forum how fussy some of these programs are. So, I thought I had better check whether installing Decryptor (the free version) without first uninstalling X Copy Xpress will mess things up. Thanks.

You can have both on your pc. I do :)
Dell 8250, Pentium 4 2.80GHz
1.5 GB RDRAM, 450GB HD
NEC 2510A, Sony DDU-1612 DVD-ROM
XP Pro, ATI All-In-Wonder 9000 Pro

Thanks. I appreciate the feedback.
One more question: When copying a DVD (with most any program) do you find it wise to terminate all the items in the StartUp group? I have already set all my (numerous) update options to "manual" so they don't pop up in the middle of e burn. And, of course, I close all applications. However, there are still lots of things like a firewall, etc running in the background.
I have a 2.4 GH Pentium 4 (DELL Dimension 4600)
with 512 MB RAM.
Thanks.
