I couldn't get the software to work. I kept getting the hourglass. Couldn't close the program. Had to do the Ctrl-Alt-Del to get out of the program. Solved the problem by updating the firmware for my Dvd drive. Works now. Hope this helps....
My dvd drive is Lite-on 163. Got the firmware update on the Dell site.
